Hypex Electronics sells amplifier modules through a webshop and ships them to customers using UPS or PostNL. The creation of shipments was previously done manually by staff, which was time-consuming and led to errors in address details. To make this process more efficient, I developed an API integration between Hypex and the shipping service. Once an order is received, a shipment is automatically created, and a shipping label is printed. Additionally, I built a UI to track and manually create shipments. This solution has resulted in shorter delivery times and higher customer satisfaction.
